This was another Oscar Best Picture winner, courtesy of the Johnson County Library. It was a biographical sketch of Emile Zola, spending the bulk of the time on how he tried to take down French Army generals for falsely sentencing a Jewish captain, and then covering their mistake up when they found out they were wrong.
Overall this was a "yawner". I may like to read an Emile Zola book someday (oh, I failed to mention he was a famous French author).
