Book Review, Pursuit of Holiness, by A.W. Tozer

I received this book as a graduation gift in 1999, and I have read it off and on for the last several months. I had high expectations, but I had trouble understanding the King James writing style.

The only chapters I really got anything out of were Meekness and Rest and The Sacrament of Living (links are to an online free version of the book). "The Sacrament of Living" chapter was about how everything we do can be holy, and there is no secular/sacred distinction.

I also appreciate this author's understanding of the culture and about spirituality. A lot of things that were true back then are still true now.
